Cantonese styled crispy egg noodles with seafood - "Hoi Seen Kong Fu Yee Mein"
~ A popular noodle dish that is readily available at many side street cafes and food prescient in Kuala Lumpur
This simple but very delicious noodle dish is easy to make since you can buy the ready-made crispy noodles from most Asian grocers. Just make an egg sauce with some seafood and asian greens and hey presto! It's done!
